The primary objective of this role is to create, implement & support the Global Sales Operations’
Order Management, work with factory team on order fulfillment, supporting customers and outside sales and manage multiple projects
Order entry, change order, backlog management and reports generation
work with upper management, sales team and customer on issue resolutions
Identify and resolve conflicts or missing links between channel partners and end customers
Understand reporting needs of the business and develop solutions that provide management with actionable information
Develop, analyze and provide constructive feedback to sales organization on various internal measurement and external markets and indices.
Implement a continuous process improvement program for all reports and analysis provided to the company's organizations.
Coordinate efforts with Business units , Sales Team , regional and other corporate teams
Ability to work with various groups located in all parts of the world
Ability to drive system and process implementations
Team player that is flexible and results orientated
Ability to influence others and make continuous improvements
Ability to develop and prepare business analyses and plns
Be clear and effective communicator (verbal and written)
Good at time management, professional behavior and quick to respond
Knowledge of BaaN, Model N, or Pricing systems would be an advantage
Preferably with more than 3 - 7 years of semiconductor commodity product management.
Experienced in working with sales team across different territories.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Administration or Engineering fields.
