What You'll Do ...

  • Help the company expand to new markets by growing our community and vendors
  • Manage vendor recruitment funnels to meet launch targets
  • Work closely with the product and operations team to launch and operationalize new products from scratch
  • Understand the vision and strategy for your team and get all members pumped and aligned to power the company's growth
  • Utilize data to understand vendor behavior and areas for improvement in our recruitment and communication
  • Develop & optimize processes by breaking projects into actionable steps with aggressive timelines for completion
  • Hustle - take ownership of the company's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • What You'll need :

  • Atleast 5+ years of experience running high-growth operations (preferably with line or P&L accountability)
  • Advanced expertise in SQL is highly preferred
  • Exceptional Excel / Google Sheets and data analytics skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinking. Able to define and structure a problem, generate and validate hypotheses, focus and prioritise on highest impact efforts and make decisions backed by data, unafraid to dig deep
  • Results orientation. Demonstrated experience driving business outcomes and achieving business results
  • Customer centricity. Able to deeply understand our customers' needs and preferences, innovate on solutions to address them and advocate to deliver on them
  • Team leadership. Experience in managing a large cross-functional team - able to build, develop and inspire a diverse team, both direct reports and cross-functional peers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and projects at your organization.
  • Experience with creating and optimizing operational processes
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and communications
