Accountabilities

Install, configure and administer Deployment related tools according to standards

Perform application deployment for different regions (SIT, UAT, Prod, DR) for all applications being supported with the agreed upon SLA.

Define procedures, standards and guidelines with regards to Deployment related setup and configuration

Perform mobile application signing and provisioning within the agreed upon SLA

Troubleshoot various problems with Deployment tools and application deployment proper in different stages of development, testing and production using knowledge of the end-to-end architecture, deployment logs and monitoring tools.

Work closely with Application Development Team to align project deliverables, dates and report issues / concerns.

Coordinate with other Infrastructure Team (Network, Server, Data Center) for infrastructure requirements needed to build Application Middleware and troubleshooting issues.

Communicate with Vendor Support on problem determination, troubleshooting, and resolution of software related problem tickets, running and submitting must-gather s and output

Required Experience and Knowledge

College / University Degree in IT, Computer Science and other relevant degrees

Experience in Installation, Configuration, and Administration of Deployment related tools such as Serena Business Manager, BitBucket, and Jenkins

General knowledge of IT infrastructure (networking, servers, databases, and related IT Infrastructure)

Experience in IT Service Management specifically in Change Management area
