Qualifications :

Must have UNIX administration which includes Sun Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, etc.

Must have good Storage technology, like SAN, NAS and DAS.

Must have hands-on experience with Veritas NetBackup and tape technology.

Must be familiar with administration tools, like Veritas Volume Manager, Veritas File System, sudo, ssh, etc.

Must have Networking experience on TCP / IP, DNS, NFS, NIS, LDAP.

Must have strong troubleshooting skills, both hardware and software.

Sun Solaris and Linux certifications required.

All candidates for the above positions must have the ff. additional qualifications :

Have strong documentation skills and expertise in handling escalated customer issues.

Able to emulate processes and procedures specific to the customer and of ITIL® (ITIL® is a Registered Trade Mark of AXELOS Limited) framework.

Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Strong multi-national, multi-cultural experience and orientation.

Customer focused.
