Engage with customers by continuously making outbound calls, faxes, emails, sending letters, as defined by Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) collection tool strategies set
Manage day to day incoming calls and reconciliation of accounts
Liaise with counterparts and local Business and Customer Support Group to resolve customer disputes / issues surrounding the account
Manage order releasing in accordance with established Global Credit Policy
Support investigation and resolution of unidentified payments and deductions by contacting customer directly to request for remittance details and claim copy, respectively
Ensure completion and timely submission of end of day report / weekly and monthly report
