  • Handling client escalations, troubleshooting problems and resolving customer issues from device, to billing and to service concerns.
  • Identify behaviors and coach employees to be outstanding performers.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves customer related concerns about a product or service.
  • Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail.
  • Describes products and services properly and efficiently
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Must be at least a High School Graduate, College grads with relevant work experience
  • Proficient in the following processes & technologies : Active Directory, Major Incident Management, Network, ServiceNow, User Provisioning, Wintel
  • Must have at least 1 to 3 Years Technical Support Experience
  • Good to Excellent Communication Skills
  • Know how to use a computer.
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS Internet Connection
  • Ability to verbalize or express complex technical concepts effectively
  • Willing to work in Pasig Area
