Act as a liaison between the client / firm and UAS departments to help ensure that goals are met. Train Client Service Representatives to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Identify client needs to provide solutions. Maintain daily contact with assigned clients / firms to ensure appropriate information is provided for the specific needs of each client.
Responsible for handling and responding to daily client / firm requests, inquiries, and problems via telephone, email, fax, mail and in-
person. Monitor Client Service Reps work for quality control purposes and address any concerns. Handle escalated client issues in a timely manner.
Generate fees and up-sell wherever possible. Create and / or produce reports as requested by client / firm. Dependent upon position, identify root cause of issues and concerns, determine resolution, and refer to UAS Management.
Dependent upon position, knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Client and Vendor policies and procedures. Knowledge, understanding, compliance, and enforcement of all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with UAS policies and procedures. Participation in Company Programs must meet minimum performance standards.
Responsible for respective department’s overall performance and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives.
Accountable for all decisions, actions, and directives with respect to job responsibilities. Responsible for progressive discipline with regards to attendance, performance and all aspects of company policy up to and including termination.
Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement as well as performance of team.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience. 2 years of related / supervisory experience required.4 years of related / supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, to prioritize and work in a multi-
tasked environment. Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule. Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
