Essential and optional requirements
College graduate preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management.
At least one (2) years experience in the same capacity / relevant working experience.
Effective leadership, communication and guest relation skills.
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule (Holidays and Weekends)
Check Banquet function rooms, service and kitchen areas for cleanliness, proper set-up, sufficient supplies and equipment.
Check all station before and after functions to ensure compliance with side responsibilities.
Ensure use of established presentation / garnished of food and beverage items so that a full merchandising effect can be realized through color, eye appeal and artistic arrangement.
