Job Description

  • Research potential vendors for the group of companies
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
  • Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
  • Prepare cost analyses
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
  • Interact with the suppliers for verification of specifications & pricing.
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
  • Prepare Purchase orders
  • Responsible for billing statement of Purchase orders
  • Document the receipt of purchase requisition & the delivery of items following the company policy & departmental procedures to ensure accuracy of documentation against actual deliveries.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four year business
  • At least two (2) years experience in purchasing / supply management /
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Persistent and diplomatic
  • Can deal with people at all levels
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Willing to be assigned in Tandang Sora, Quezon City
  • Can start immediately
