Service Demand Planner -
Responsible in spares demand planning management, review processes and checking home tool for forecasted items (Oracle, Demantra and DRP).
Responsible in creating 15 months rolling service spares forecast for EMEA and APJ region.
Primary in-charge in spares forecasting, demand reviews, leading development, execution and on-going improvement for EMEA and APJ.
Provide significant improvement to spares availability, customer service (on-time delivery) and inventory levels by driving improvement on forecast accuracy and execution of effective reviews.
Monitor actual demand versus the spares forecast, analyzes deviations and make improvement plans.
Calculate and monitor spares forecast accuracy, provide root cause analysis and manage corrective actions.
Communicate and collaborate to colleagues in a global organization to address issues and concerns that will help to improve forecast accuracy and spare parts availability.
Conduct forecast review every 3rd week of the month with supply planning team prior final forecast submission in Demantra to mitigate possible shortages and excess caused by forecast.
Lead the execution and continuous improvement of a monthly, cross-functional, collaborative forecasting process for assigned territory
Lead the monthly forecast review meeting and sign-off with Senior Management team and Supply Chain stakeholders.
Support Supply Planning in healthy stock management, inventory optimization and continuously improving service level.
Serves to be primary contact / representative for CSF zone management / supply chain / LOB / commercial teams.
