Job Description

  • Provide world-class’ service excellence to clients by offering consistent telephone banking experience
  • Attend to both inbound & outbound telephone calls in accordance with the standard operating procedures
  • Processing of online banking transactions which include financial entries & data maintenance
  • Identify sales opportunities to further enhance client relationships
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • College Graduates of a Bachelor’s Degree or any 4-year Course
  • College Undergraduates must have at least 6 months experience in an international BPO / call centre role
  • High School graduates must have at least 1 year experience in an international BPO / call centre role
  • Fluent English and the ability to communicate daily with clients in English
  • Amenable working on shifting schedule, holidays, weekends & extended work hours
  • Amenable to working in BGC, Taguig
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
