  • Manage both personal and professional schedules of the General Manager.
  • Make all travel arrangements for executives.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to other departments and subsidiaries.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence via e-mail, letters, packages, etc.
  • Coordinate activities for all companies.
  • Prepare, proofread, and disseminate correspondence.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations as assigned.
  • Handle all information requests and generate a reference tool for easy use.
  • Liaise between all employees, companies, suppliers, and the like.
  • Inquire, outsource, and probe as needed in relation to making reservations, scheduling engagements, and other projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Office Management or any related course.
  • With excellent scheduling and communication skills
  • Willing for office-based
