Manage both personal and professional schedules of the General Manager.
Make all travel arrangements for executives.
Provide administrative and clerical support to other departments and subsidiaries.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence via e-mail, letters, packages, etc.
Coordinate activities for all companies.
Prepare, proofread, and disseminate correspondence.
Conduct research and prepare presentations as assigned.
Handle all information requests and generate a reference tool for easy use.
Liaise between all employees, companies, suppliers, and the like.
Inquire, outsource, and probe as needed in relation to making reservations, scheduling engagements, and other projects
Bachelor's Degree in Office Management or any related course.
With excellent scheduling and communication skills
Willing for office-based
