Title Assistant Manager Sales and Operation Job Type Full Time Permanent Role Reports to Managing Director Location Manila Philippines Eligibility PH citizen Roles and Responsibilities Sales The incumbent will be responsible to manage and develop business with large accounts He she will own client management business development and ensuring proper delivery by coordination with internal teams Develop and cultivate deep relationships with clients Set up meetings conceptualize prepare and deliver presentations Build long term relationships with clients Draft detailed customized business solutions as per client needs Drive closures of deals Work with internal team to ensure timely delivery of services to the customers and assure that client s expectations are met To ensure that the sales team and organization is in place all the time 100 compliance of sales processes and systems for assigned location s Building relationship and development of the customer in collaboration with the geography product and service teams Team Reporting of sales activity in CRM and update the sales funnel To analyze the viability of business for the team considering budgeted targets in mind Take onus of team budget and guide them to bring in new business and increase the business from existing customers Enhance the team s sales process and increase profitability with maximum focus on compliance Ensure the team should have complete coordination with operation customer service finance team through effective SOP s Ensure that the team is actively assisting operations and service departments with customer implementation service activities value delivery and management Ensure that the team is updating on time and generating the reports and compliance with regards to CRM Interviews hires trains evaluates and manages sales personnel Provide coaching and mentoring to the Sales team To have cordial and collaborative approach with colleagues in same and other departments Comfortable presenting new solutions and ideas to customers for Data Center Solutions Strong understanding of overall Data Center Space and competitive offerings in the marketplace Experience with target account selling solution selling and or consultative sales techniques Collaborating with cross functional teams planning and forecasting maintaining short and long term business plans Operations Oversee daily business operations Accomplish departmental objectives by a Establishing plans budgets and results measurements b Allocating resources and c Reviewing progress Develop and recommend objective strategic plans by researching technological and financial opportunities
