Responsibilities :

l Responsible in Travel reservation, scheduling etc

l Translate documents English to Japanese and vise verca

l Accompany foreign vision especially Japanese Nationals

l Act as an interpreter to Japanese Visitors

l Contact Person of managing directors

l Calendar and meeting management

Requirements :

l Good in both English and Japanese Language

l Good Interpersonal Skills

l Related experience is advantage

l Detail oriented
