Purchase order entry of line items, prices and production notes into our ERP system. This task involves the careful cross checking of the purchase order, colour selection sheets, plan details and any other documents the builder provides.
Callup order entry. When a job is called up by the builder via phone call or email, the job must be updated in the ERP system and final cross checking of any variations or amendments must be made.
It is essential that any action undertaken on a job is recorded in the ERP’s production notes, no matter how minor you feel it may be.
This role requires : · Experience with Office 365 suite.· Strong English speaking / reading skills.· Experience with ERP software.
Customer service experience· An eye for detail, measurement skills and the ability to read drawings / plans.· High level of customer service experience.
Ability to approach tasks laterally and to work in a group with a professional, punctual attitude.
