Job Description

We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, Inang Naulila ng Anak (INA) Healing Center has a vacant Social Welfare Officer IIIunder a Memorandum of Agreement(MOA), SG 18 with a monthly compensation rate of Php31, 351.00.

Qualification Requirements :

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Social Work
  • Must be a Registered Social Worker (RA 1080)
  • At least eight (8) hours of training in management and supervision
  • At least two (2) years of experience in case management specifically along bedridden older persons (Geriatric Patients)
  • Must have direct experience in the implementation and monitoring of programs and services in a residential care facility

  • Primary Functions :

  • vExecutes and implement policies, regulations and work plans related to social services programs and renders administrative decisions on matters within the limits of delegated authority;
  • vProvides technical assistance to center staff;
  • vMaintains cooperative and harmonious relationship with other entities and agencies both public and private in promoting social welfare;
  • vSupervises social workers, and administrative staff in the performance of their duties;
  • vAssists in the resource generation and utilization;
  • vIdentify the training needs of each worker and recommends for staff development;
  • vConducts regular supervisory conference for staff development and case management for better program implementation;
  • vMapping workloads to ensure equitable and proper distribution to personnel and evaluates their performance;
  • vConducts orientation and supervises field placement of social work students for skills development;
  • vPerforms all other related tasks as may be assigned.
