Position : Mandarin Finance Operation

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)

Location : Pasay City

Salary : P 85,000- P 100,000 Gross

Industry : Shared Services Company / Biggest online marketplace

Schedule : Shifting (Dayshift and Midshift)

Benefits : Visa Processing, HMO, SL, VL, 13th month pay, Other Allowances

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in any courses; Preferably Accounting graduates but not required
  • Prior experience of at least 2 years in similar BPO outfit or in Finance & Accounting role
  • Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications.
  • Good Communications skills in Mandarin and English Written & Verbal
  • Working knowledge on Oracle Financials, other Finance ERP tools, and with Collections background is a plus
  • Exemplifies traits of being a team player.
  • Has good interpersonal skills, hardworking, flexible, responsive and detail oriented.
  • Can work under pressure / with deadlines.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Collecting and analyzing quantitative data
  • Providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction
  • Use data analysis and statistical techniques to develop solutions to guide business decision making
  • Identify predictors and causes of business related problems and implement appropriate corrective solutions
  • Identify, develop, manage and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations
  • Analyze trends and savings initiatives
  • Communicating results to business leaders with Finance, Accounting, Operations and Business Development
  • Perform other projects and duties as required
