Within the implementation project of a new SAP S4 HANA platform (Athena project) South, East and Southeast Asia (SEA cluster), we are looking for the following role :

The geographical scope is Vietnam, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Hongkong, and India.

The processes involved are Source to Settle, Order to Cash and Account to Reports.

Role Overview :

Responsible and accountable for data validation and system cutover, program management, coordination and communication aspects for Finance related matters in the Athena project in the SEA cluster.

Major Activities :

Assist the SEA Cluster Program Manager in driving overall roll-out plan, governance, and deliverables

Establish data quality standards for a data conversion object

Establish relevancy and scope rules for a data conversion object

Establish validation process and criteria

Preload review and post load review

Coordinate with different data owners (Finance Leads, BSC, Genpact, COE team) for all processes.

Overall responsibility for the conversion object data readiness.

Assist in the preparation and execution of market cutover plans and ensure alignment of global and market tasks

Ensure risks and issues are managed throughout the Athena project

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required :

Multiple experiences with ERP implementation (experience in SAP ECC and SAP Hana is preferable)

Experience with structured preparation and validation of data

Min 3 years working experience

Project Management experience

Good communication and inter personal skills

Exceptional organizational & administrative skills

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and to manage high workload to work well under pressure

Demonstrate high responsibility and professionalism

Attention to details

Pro-active and flexible mindset

Data Object knowledge

Proficiency in MS. Excel

Min. Bachelor degree

Fluent in English

Location : flexible within Vietnam, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Hongkong, and India.

Remote model is an option
