Manage implementation of new processes or major changes to existing processes or expansions of existing processes, especially where increase of personnel is required.
Amending and revising training as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.Have agility to comprehend new concepts, content, and processes and convert knowledge into effective training programs and materials.
Designing effective training programs.Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.Monitor employee performance and response to training.
Your Skills and Experiences A graduate of any four year course.Proven experience as a Trainer for 3 to 5 years.Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.Organizational and time management abilities.Critical thinking and decision making skills.
