Responsible for managing Executive Office files, records, and supplies. Accommodates phone calls for Executive Office.Manages Executive Offices documents, including legal documents (e.
g., contracts) by : (a) Organizing and maintaining files for follow ups, such as administrative and reference. (b) Logging and safekeeping legal documents.
c) Assisting documentation of renewal contracts / agreements using standard templates subject for review of immediate superior.
d) Preparing Executive Office reports (e.g., lease contract monitoring).Responds to phone calls for the Executive Office.
Ensures the availability of Executive Office supplies by : (a) Distributing office supplies. (b) Monitoring the consumption of office supplies.
c) Conducting month-end inventory. (d) Replenishing the stock as necessary.Assists immediate superior in arranging, coordinating, and preparing for meetings with key management team members.
Attends meetings as necessary.Provides support to Board of Directors (BOD) and execution of corresponding administrative tasks and errands.
