    COMPANY PROFILE : This company is an international technical provider of global video industries. They provide engineering, audio, customer care, translation services to Video Game publishers and developers.


  • Native / Non-Native Thai Speakers
  • Preferably residing in the Philippines
  • Can speak, read and write Thai fluently
  • Must be amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Willing to support online role playing gamers
  • Interest in RPG / MMORPG is a BIG Plus
  • Preferably with Gaming experience

  • Responsible in providing assistance via chat and email to Thai Gamers
  • Deliver timely, accurate and respectful answers to customers’ questions and issues
  • Create and monitor game forums
  • Escalate issues as needed
  • Assist and troubleshoot real time game issues such as bugs, software error etc.
  • Perform relevant tasks as assigned

    3. Online Thai Exam & Online English Exam

  • Online Gaming
  • Email Translation from Thai to English and vice versa
