Responsibilities :

• Provide technical expertise to the Service desk team (maintain technical skill continuity and consistency of the team)

• Act as technical liaison between Service desk and IM support groups

• Maintain technical skill continuity and consistency of Service desk staff

Requirements :

• Graduate of any IT-related course with at least 2 solid years of work-related experience, and must have an experience handling or supervising employees

• ITIL background / ITIL certified

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

• Proficient on reports and MS excel

• Experienced in different ticketing tools.

• Willing to undergo a project-based employment with 6 months initial contract which is renewable and there is a possibility of absorption depending on the performance.

• Willing to work in BGC / San Juan - will be discussed upon assessment

• Can start ASAP is a plus
