â¢ Provide technical expertise to the Service desk team (maintain technical skill continuity and consistency of the team)
â¢ Act as technical liaison between Service desk and IM support groups
â¢ Maintain technical skill continuity and consistency of Service desk staff
â¢ Graduate of any IT-related course with at least 2 solid years of work-related experience, and must have an experience handling or supervising employees
â¢ ITIL background / ITIL certified
â¢ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
â¢ Proficient on reports and MS excel
â¢ Experienced in different ticketing tools.
â¢ Willing to undergo a project-based employment with 6 months initial contract which is renewable and there is a possibility of absorption depending on the performance.
â¢ Willing to work in BGC / San Juan - will be discussed upon assessment
â¢ Can start ASAP is a plus
