Position Overview

MSCI is currently searching for talent acquisition specialist supporting the growth of our company in the Philippines.

Scope of Responsibility

  • Full lifecycle recruitment with a goal of hiring the top talent in the market
  • Strong experience utilizing a variety of recruitment methods including social media and traditional job boards
  • Assess candidates for specific job requirements as well as cultural fit
  • Understand the selection and assessment methods and how they are effectively applied
  • Be the face of the organization, building talent pipelines and seamlessly networking in your market
  • Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers and HR Generalists. Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for recruiting in the region
  • Prepare offers utilizing internal equity and external market data
  • Ensure recruitment metrics such as diversity and client satisfaction are met / exceeded
  • Owning and developing the candidate experience, you will ensure that each candidate has a positive interaction at every stage of the recruitment process
  • Provide recommendations regarding improvements in the screening, networking, sourcing as well as the overall operations of the Talent Acquisition function
  • Lead or participate in Global Talent Acquisition projects

  • Specific Knowledge / Skills

  • At least one year of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Strong, demonstrable experience of full life cycle recruitment experience.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking, social media and recruitment marketing tools
  • Strong knowledge about the local job market, search strategies, talent acquisition practices and employment law
  • Strong communication skills including English fluency
  • Strong knowledge regarding the local job market, search strategies, talent acquisition practices and employment law
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Desired Experience

  • Experience using multiple proactive recruitment techniques and sources including traditional job boards, social media, LinkedIn and our internal and external career websites
  • Experience with advanced interviewing techniques to ensure candidates hired are a fit culturally as well as from a skill perspective.
  • Financial experience and / or understanding would be highly advantageous.
  • Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required with advanced degree or relevant certifications considered advantageous.
