Job Description

  • Successful candidates will provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries related to billing, account / service maintenance, and other products / services to Australia-based customers, as needed
  • Skills Required

  • Excellent oral and written communication for personalized interaction
  • Ability to probe effectively
  • Must exhibit active listening
  • Must have keen attention to details
  • Must have good conversational skills
  • Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must be fluent in providing explanation and delivering positive scripting
  • Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously
  • Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information.
  • Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old and above
  • Completed at least 2nd year college (no back-subjects)
  • At least 6 months of call center experience is preferred but not required
  • Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
