We’re hiring.

Ubiquity is hiring for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts.

The Recruiter assists with the screening and interview process, and provides other support, as needed.

Day-to-day responsibilities :

• Lead a team of recruiters following the guidance from the Recruitment Manager.

• Conducts behavioral interviews of aspiring applicants

• Monitor hiring progress, goals and targets

• Keep calibrated with hiring managers regarding hiring updates and quality of hires

• Directly in charge of implementing all recruitment strategies and activities

• Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of applicant and hiring reports

• Do coaching and providing proper feedback to recruiters regarding performance and opportunities

• Coordinate with training and workforce departments regarding new hire training schedules

• Manages and Ensures excellent end to end Candidate Experience

• Creates strategies in achieving seamless Onboarding of all New Hires

• Analyzes Attrition and provide recommendation for Retention Projects

• Handles Reports Management and PresentationsIdeal Candidates have :

Ideal Candidates Have

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or other related courses

• Minimum of 3 years of Work Experience with Recruitment in a BPO Setup

• Background with Volume Agent Hiring

• Experience or knowledge in People Management

• High willingness to learn and can quickly adapt to constant changes in process, targets and requirements.

• Known the importance of teamwork and has the initiative to offer help and guide team members to attain the goals

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills

• Positive and Optimistic outlook

• The ability to Motivate and develop team members

• Excellent Analytical skills

• The ability to provide reports and create trackers using MS Excel Pivot, Formula and other functions necessary.

• The flexibility to work with shifting schedules, holidays and rest days (if only needed)

• The willingness to work in Ubiquity’s Bacolod Site
