Additional responsibilities may also include supporting automated reporting tools and creating customized report solutions, and supplying data for internal groups.
Contributes to the design / improvement / analysis of standard reports to satisfy planning and management requirements including data content, format, source data, and the production process.
Identifies / creates and presents new adequate tools for data monitoring and analysis.
Assists with writing specifications for new report programs, spreadsheets and other devices to produce reports.

Job Purpose :
CSC Reporting Operations Analyst primary goal is the reporting, dashboard and analytics execution as well as provide guidance on self-
service reporting solutions that standardizes operational data and metrics. The role also involves providing training administration and operational support to HR, managers and employees on training related services.
The Reporting Operations Support performs a variety of activities as listed below.

Key Responsibilities :
Analyzes moderately complex reports to satisfy business requirements.
Uses broad discretion in developing solutions for business reporting issues.
Influences decisions through advice, counsel and / or facilitating services to others, in area of specialization.
Support HR and the Business globally in the use of self-service reporting tools
Provide regular educational session (teach back) to ensure continuity of business
Responsible for administration and operations activities for learning and development, including :
Dashboard design and execution
Data analytics (insights)
Customer Service : guidance, training on self-service reports
Provide ad-hoc services as required by the Business or HR
Furnish the Team Lead with the requisite data to respond to employee inquiries and error reports
Participate in projects / additional functions as required / necessary
Applies in-depth knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and processes and for the area or function.
Work collaboratively across the organization to grow the scope of analytical support being provided in order to add the most value possible to the organization and functional teams
Perform analysis and publish materials for review - operational trends summarized in tables, charts, and graphs as required for management reporting
Implement controls and ensure accuracy and completeness of reports
Generate and maintain standard operating procedures of global reporting guidelines and exceptions

Knowledge / Experience :
Preferably two year of reporting and analytics work experience
Degree in Computer Science or computer / systems engineering or computer programming.
Proven track record of process redesign, solution delivery, and continuous process improvement across a complex business environment
Experience in other reporting or metrics driven business or role
Business Intelligence background
Data analytics expertise ( is a plus)
Working knowledge of HR systems including learning management systems highly desirable
Strong virtual stakeholder management experience
Highly motivated, organized and methodical.

Demonstrated team player. Manages risks and control.
Able to handle high volume of work and adaptable to change

Strong (written and oral) communication skills and proven ability to lead and facilitate Client discussions to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

Data Analytics certification is a plus
