  • Oversee the HR Business Partner team
  • Plan and implements strategic HR initiatives to drive LR compliance, employee retention and engagement
  • Reviews all critical administrative cases and provides fair and resonable closure. Conducts thorough investigation, review case files and give final recommendation for all dismissal cases.
  • Drives positive employee experience through facilitation of multiple channels to capture and resolve employee concerns (e.
  • g. eNPS survey, focus group discussions, Skip level meetings, Leadership touchpoints, etc)

  • Spearhead employee events and activities in order to drive fun environment and employee engagement
  • Oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives
  • Oversee performance management and succession planning for the studio
  • Represents the company in external labor cases
  • Other duties as required from time to time
  • Working knowledge in Philippine Labor Laws and Labor Standards
  • With working knowledge in MS Office
  • Project Management Skills

  • With at least 10 years working experience in Labor Relations, Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering and / or other facets in preferably in a BPO or Multinational CompanCandidate must have at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in any field
