Supporting the creation and update of Teleperformance brand Persona on Social Media
Support the content creation for social media
Engagement with stakeholders and Industry Influencers through social media
Generate brand advocacy on social media by engaging and creating content for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
The Social Media Community Manager will work in conjunction with Global Marketing area following its guidelines Qualifications : Fluent English speaker
Experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing Projects
Autonomy and Proactivity
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Technologies or Press Relations
Strong ability to detect trends and produce insights with unstructured data
