Develop and implement the annual business plan for the assigned brands; organize and align resources to lead and manage the overall brand P&L and deliver the plan
Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
Develop and execute product and portfolio strategies with internal, external, global cross-functional
Develop brand plans (Integrated Disease area Plan & operating Plans) , Budget and marketing objectives, strategies and tactics based on thorough review of market dynamics, insight driven analytics and interaction with customers
Education : Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business, Marketing or Allied Medical Science
Work Experience : 5-6 yrs solid experience in brand management including customer facing / sales experience
Specialized Knowledge : Medical and Product Knowledge; Good working knowledge in computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Excellent communication
Skills (both verbal and written); Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Personal Qualities : Results-driven and with passion for speed and precision
