role is to oversee operational activities of internal as well as tollhatcheries. Assist Hatchery manager in the effective implementation oftechnical programs and best practices of proper hatching egg management,incubation & hatchingin order toproduce quality day-
old broiler chicks at the right time, right volume and atthe least costs.
Operational Activities :
Work with Hatchery manager in overall hatcheryoperation both internal and toll hatcheries
Plan and coordinates Hatching eggs movement fromBreeder Farms or HE sources on a weekly, monthly and periodically for proper& timely setting and hatching schedules.
Plan & Coordinates chick transport tobroiler farms to attain maximum potential in terms of meat conversion &lowest Cost.
Implements proper egg storage at optimumcondition from farms to hatcheries.
Implements sound machine operation with properventilation &humidity, temperature and spread of hatch time.
Implements proper Hatchery hygiene program.
Implements proper maintenance program forIncubators and other accessorial equipments.
Conducts trouble shooting and diagnosis ofmachine failures.
Submits Hatchery records to assist in daily,weekly management decisions.
To monitor and control egg and chick flow troughhatchery.
To assist in overall policy decisions.
Analysis of incubator performance to establishdifferences in actual and projected results.
Establish incubation performances of specific flocks onfertility,hatchability,culls, rots etc.
Train and evaluateshatchery staff’s performance on a periodic basis.
The position will require to be based in one of thehatcheries and effectively extend functions to other operating hatcheries.
5 - 8years actual experience in Hatchery operations on a supervisory level

Licensed Engineer or MBA
At least 5years leadership or supervisory experience
Workingknowledge of Food Safety, Occupational Safety and Health Standards of DOLE andEnvironmental regulations
Abilityto set performance goals, conduct performance reviews and coach.
Holder of valid driver’s license ·Willing to be assigned in Sto. Tomas Batangas
