About the Role :
As Sr. Specialist Learning Solutions you will :
Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles required
Outstanding communication skills; presentation, written, verbal, listening, and influencing
Effective presentation and group facilitation skills; familiar and competent with audience-engagement methods and techniques appropriate for all types of audiences
Consultative approach to identifying, assessing, and prioritizing requirements
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a global, team environment
Apply knowledge of all aspects of learning and development across many business disciplines to leverage the interconnectivity of various learning solutions and demonstrate the business impact of recommended solution
Work with business and HR to ensure global processes are utilized effectively in the unit
Help in finding suitable learning solutions from internal and external offerings to meet the needs
Communicate actively about the available learning and development options (for example what competence assessments and learning offerings are available, how to utilize Linedinlearning’)
Builds and leads Digital training capability in the Area in close cooperation with global stakeholders (trainers, learning path / learning program owners, business leaders)
Partner with Global L&D and execute the learning mandates
Partner across the firm as part of the Community of Practice.
Presentation Skills, Video editing skills, creation of WBT (web based trainings), are required.
Knowledge Management :
Cultivate knowledge sharing culture in the assigned global practice / business area and across the member firm network
Contribute to deployment and change management activities within the practice / business area that drive adoption of knowledge-sharing solutions
Be a trusted independent advisor by providing objective, practical and relevant ideas, and insights by providing clear direction.
Create awareness in the organization of the principles of knowledge management and how they can impact the performance of the organization.
Plan and develop strategies for communities of practice to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners
Highly responsive with demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management
Work with leadership to establish Knowledge Management as a priority business lever for the organization and develop means to motivate the seeking and sharing of knowledge
Facilitate Knowledge Management strategic planning with the team
Fully understand the knowledge sharing programs and technology capabilities to incorporate global KM system, tools, and processes when appropriate for business.
Provide work direction to team members and assist in performing responsibilities
Strong understanding of KM, Content Management and related activities like search, taxonomy etc.
Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint
Create an awareness of the behaviours and culture needed to promote knowledge management
About You
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years experience in L&D
Demonstrated instructional design skills ; E- Learning
Presentation Skills, Video Skills, Web-based Trainings
Adult Learning Principles
Willing to work in McKinley Hill Taguig (HYBRID SET UP 2 days in the office)
Willing to work on Mid shift schedule
Excellent English Communication Skills
