Position : ? Japanese Admin Staff

Location : ? BGC, Taguig

Salary : ? P 40,000 to P 60,000

Shift : ?? 5 days a week (9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM)

No Night Shift / fixed morning shift

Duties and responsibilities :

Assist on clinic reception

Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties

Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports

Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior

Recruitment Process :

Online interview (Viber / Whatsapp)

Online exam

Interview with Japanese manager (in Japanese)

Requirements :

Filipino who can speak Japanese

JLPT N3, N2 or N1 - No JLPT required

Bachelor’s degree graduate

At least admin experience
