Overview :

Employees in this job category are responsible to define, organize, execute, manage and continuously improve operational or control processes, allowing the optimal realization of service(s) reducing operational risks and increasing operating efficiencies and cost savings.

They often operate in a complex and integrated environment and interact on a regular basis with GSO and other clients; business partners and the solutions delivery centers, ensuring an effective workflow.

Tasks performed could be execution requiring specialized knowledge, exception handling, process improvement, reporting and controlling.

Ensure operational processes respond to and fulfil client and organizational needs and result in increased value for the customer and increased efficiency (less costs for the organization).

If you are good at :

  • Performing quality checks regarding post transaction monitoring of payments and advising and / or escalates findings to the appropriate parties.
  • Maintaining clear communication on issues and advises / trains involved parties when requested
  • Monitoring and providing reports on progress and status of work.
  • Cooperating with people of different levels inside / outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives
  • If you are :

  • Someone with relevant KYC and PTM experience or similar position in Risk assessment will be an advantage.)
  • CAM Certified (preference)
  • Strong in planning and organizational capacity, professional expertise and focus on professional growth, (ability to develop) training expertise to coach and train staff, ability to effectively manage stress and pressure in a high workload environment, ability to listen and understand various points of view, ability to balance off various opinions and develop an informed and logical position or course of action.
  • Able to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of people & to lead negotiations
  • If you can :

  • Perform daily quality checks, monthly quality analysis and report on quality, and responsible for escalating issues regarding the post transaction monitoring to CoE CAM.
  • Provide trainings to Alert Handlers and Alert Investigators on post transaction monitoring when requested

  • Be responsible for the content of a communication tool used within the 1st line alert handling teams worldwide
  • Advise 1st line post transaction monitoring Alert handlers / Alert Investigators SPOC’s regarding issues that concern the process, and proactively react to and communicate possible compliance risks.
  • Also act as an intermediary between the 1st line SPOC’s, the MLRO’s the asset owner and CCRM.

  • Advise the Team Lead on issues, risks, complaints, escalation items on an ongoing basis with details on causes and resolution proposals
  • Pro-actively engage in process improvement. Provide input or feedback on improvement suggestions related to initiative(s) on Customer Activity Monitoring.
