    Role & Responsibilities :

  • Do proactive research about market trends and intel on prospective clients
  • Respond to client queries through various platforms
  • Engage, build and maintain client relationships, both existing and new
  • Manage Client expectations and resolve problems challenges within client account stipulations
  • Collaborate with the servicing team successfully deliver projects
  • Other assignments as requested
  • Key competencies :

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management (Marketing / Digital Agency experience is preferred)
  • Exceptional Time Management and Organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Client Management skills
  • Stellar presentation skills
  • Able to work during SGT
