Job Summary The Graphic Designer is a crucial part of a content creative team, helping craft engaging, eye-catching images and video animations.
You will collaborate with Instructional Designers to bring ideas to life in the instructional content. Ideally you have a deep understanding of different social channels, how to express an idea in different forms and media types, and the ability to articulate your ideas clearly and simply.
Duties / Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualize and execute creative ideas across multiple platforms
Ensure all marketing communications across various channels and departments remain consistent and align with strategic and brand marketing goals
Partner with Instructional Designers to ensure quality in all aspects of instructional content
Develop strategy and tactics that ignites interest and demand in taking the online courses
Use data to inform smart and articulate design choices across all platforms
Provide Learning Management System Support Qualifications : Strong portfolio of conceptual work that demonstrates particular expertise across digital, paid performance and email marketing
A degree in Design, Marketing, Visual Studies, or other design-related field is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation and team / collaboration skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working alongside Instructional Designers
Proven ability to prioritize and deliver exceptional design at high volumes under tight timelines
Takes initiative to address team goals and ensure constant productivity.
