A. Education, Training and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any social science, engineering, or project management related courses
Those relating to project monitoring and evaluation, project management, contract management, technical writing, financial analysis and other related training.
Those relating to project monitoring and evaluation, project management, contract management, technical report writing, research, financial analysis, and other related experiences
With In-depth knowledge of monitoring and evaluation (M & E) approaches and methodologies;
With skills in contract monitoring and management
With demonstrated ability in data collection and data validation;
Able to coordinate and facilitate the conduct of meetings / activities
With good communication skills Able to develop presentations materials that effectively captures the message intendedCan produce written documents and / or reports that are grammatically sound and can accurately quote, paraphrase and summarize resources when conveying information orally and in writing
Able to summarize research materials in a clear and concise way
Coordinate with the implementing agencies and other relevant offices to facilitate the smooth implementation of projects through participation to regular and special meetings related to the implementation of PPP projects, among others;
Identify existing and potential issues and bottlenecks that may hamper the implementation of PPP projects and recommend necessary action plans to resolve the same;
Provide inputs / comments and prepare various reports and official correspondences that relate to the implementation of the PPP Program and projects;
Recommend necessary tools and processes to improve the PPP Program’s monitoring framework and processes; and
Provide logistical requirements for the conduct of workshops, seminars, consultations, and other related fora necessary in carrying out Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) activities; and

Perform other work that may be assigned from time to time by the Division Chief or by higher authorities.
