Responsible for defining and executing strategies for the section in his or her capacity as a technical project leader.

Provide technical leadership in resolving test S / W and / or H / W issues
Participate in test platform consolidation and a company-wide Final-Test capability and equipment roadmaps.
Perform platform conversions from one ATE platform to another platform
Identifies and implements value engineering activities to improve test H / W & S / W for cost effectiveness
Development, deployment and implementation of test techniques for RFA ICs.
Design and set up of test hardware and software for device characterization
Design and implementation of test hardware and software for production test
Contribution to "Design for Testability" concepts
Preparation of Test Specifications
Support and maintenance of the implemented IC test hardware and software , including optimization of quality and cost
Support in product verification phase
Development and introduction of new test methodologies
Production Support (capacity enhancement , ATE support, repairs among others)
Define and request corrective actions in close cooperation with responsible departments
Introduction and tracking of corrective actions
Ensures quality and robustness of the test programs / hardware developed and released to production.
Support for overall product health improvement covering quality and cost (i.e. test coverage, test time, yield, process flow, parallelism, etc.
Contact person for assigned test development related matter
Test programming experience on 2 or more ATE platforms including tester platform conversion skills.
Semiconductor test techniques experience in digital, mixed signal, structural tests (DFT), BIST, wireless, memory and RF.
Experience in test program debugging and methodology
Test Hardware schematic / layout review and debugging knowledge.
Programming Language experience (C, C++).
Good knowledge of IC packaging, testing, manufacturing process technologies Familiar with device Qual / Characterization, silicon validation and test H / W & S / W development
Excellent analytical, project management, communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of 6-sigma programs, 8D process, FMEA, SPC and other formal problem solving skills
Hands on knowledge in new product test development is desirable
Knowledge of IC design, test development tools and wafer fab process preferred
Familiarity with simulation and fault grading tools preferred
Ability to perform loadboard schematic design is a strong advantage
Fluent in spoken and written English
Ability to work with various groups located in all parts of the world
Ability to drive system and process implementation
Team player, flexible and results oriented
Preferably with experience in V93k and / or LTX Testers
BS / BE or MS / ME in Engineering or equivalent
At least eight (8) years hands-on experience in a high volume, semiconductor manufacturing environment with product or test engineering experience in microcontrollers, microprocessors, memory, wireless or RF products.
