Works with Claims Examiners to identify, research, and resolve claims issues, ensuring timely and accurate adjudication of service, replacement, and electronic claims.
Provide rapid and accurate response to claims inquiries and escalations submitted by both internal and external customers.
Help to identify individual filers who would benefit from electronic filing. Help determine process for implementing new clients, and developing their individual claims procedures.
Track and Report on Incomplete claims returned to NEW by Service Bench
Track and Report on Paper Claims sent from NEW to Service Bench
Evaluate current manual claims reports for areas with potential individual or process improvement
Monitor and resolve tasks deferred to Claims department for review and follow up.
Interacts effectively with Service Centers having difficulty navigating through the process of filing claims with NEW by paper and / or by internet in a friendly and professional manner.
Process claims as necessary in the appropriate adjudication module.
Meet or Exceed customer and NEW standards for timeliness, accuracy, and volume of claims handled.
