YOUR ROLE

  • Perform timely and accurately the daily and monthly Travel & Expenses (T&E) activities in accordance with the Service Level Agreement
  • Conduct T&E reimbursement activities such as controlling of entered travel expenses, booking of approved expenses in SAP, and clearing of the accounts
  • Take care of T&E tool handling and administration, such as user trainings when activating the tool for new users, helpdesk to answer requests and questions of users;
  • Adapt to the tool where needed in case of changes or enhancements

  • Perform internal controls inherent to the T&E process to ensure accuracy of processed T&E and to avoid process-related risks
  • Corporate credit card (CCC) administration. Assists employees on credit card application, credit card limits updates, follow-up delayed payments and resolve issues, closure of CCC upon employee’s resignation, follow-up of outstanding balances, and maintain business relationship with card provider
  • Support in internal and external audit by providing timely audit schedules, execute team objectives, initiate and implement process improvements
  • YOUR SKILLS

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business / Finance-related courses
  • Minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in SAP Concur Travel and Expenses tool, preferably obtained from a shared service working environment
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required; Must have Intermediate knowledge in Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills; Project management experience is an advantage
