Monthly reparation of cashflow, Accrual accounting and commissions
Preparing work of a high quality in an efficient manner supporting the team in an exciting, growing Australian Bookkeeping firm including :
Preparing BAS returns & financial statements for Companies in Xero
Preparing budgets & forecasts and monitoring monthly
Preparation of business activity statements
Weekly bookkeeping including bank reconciliation, payroll, accounts payable
Practice management and ad-hoc tasks as required
Other tasks : preparation of income distribution, work cover management
Tertiary Accounting Qualifications BS Accountancy
Knowledge of Xero, FYI Docs and Receipt Bank or HubDocs, preferred
Knowledge of Australian Accounting
At least 2 years of experience on Australian Accounting practice i.e. sales invoicing, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, accounts admin and finance reporting
