Bold Business is looking for a motivated and talented Executive Assistant to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility is scheduling work on behalf of executives.

This position requires you to do LinkedIn research on fortune 500 companies, collecting c suite and other leadership profiles into a spreadsheet, and using tools such as zoom info or hunter.

io to include in the spreadsheet and scheduling over email. We want a collaborative and energetic individual that can contribute to the sales and marketing teams, work in a dynamic environment, deliver messaging and product feedback back into the marketing and product organization and work proactively to drive overall sales performance.

Responsibilities :

Scheduling over email

Available to work CA hours

Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call script

  • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate AE, educating rep as necessary about the opportunity
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product and keep abreast of upcoming product updates and releases.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with business leaders in prospect accounts by articulating our value proposition.
  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of new business opportunities to deliver to the Account Executive team to further accelerate our growth.
  • Set up meetings with Sales Leadership
  • Manage the calendars of Sales Leadership
  • Key Requirements :

  • Experience in Cloud, zoom info or hunter.io
  • 2-3 years of proven excellence in executive assistant duties
  • Experience using Outreach would be a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of EA and lead development best practices and procedures
  • Proven ability to perform successfully given low oversight and limited process
  • 100% reliable and detail-oriented. A drive to execute flawlessly
  • Access to personal computer and highspeed internet
