The IT EBA Business Analyst is accountable for the delivery (meeting quality and deadline) of SD Pricing and Account Determination.
This includes driving business and technical discussions to define / design / deliver configuration changes and functional specifications for business system changes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Performs as Functional Squad Lead and Demand Manager for SAP Sales and Distribution - Pricing Squad in the IT change management process.
Manage solution delivery via an Agile development process within IT.
Prepares Impact Analysis document to assess criticality of risks and business process impact of the change request.
Systems implementation skills :
Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing future state solution.
Prepare test cases for unit integration testing, execute tests, change management, and post implementation support.
Strong configuration experience, ability to determine when to use configuration vs code as well as advanced troubleshooting skills.
Follow process and project methodology, ensuring proper implementation and adoption.
Advocates continuous improvement including identification of opportunities, adoption of best practices and standards.
Assist the business leaders for change management, training, and communication to the user community to effectively use tools and systems.
Competencies, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities :
Knowledge in SAP Sales & Distribution with Finance & Accounting integration.
Functional knowledge in SD-FI integrations (AR accounting, inventory accounting, inter-company processing).
Expertise in setting up SD pricing design and integration.
SAP S4HANA experience / background in Order to Cash is a plus.

Education, Experience and Certifications Basic Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
10+ years related work experience
Broad knowledge of SAP Systems
Hands-on experience gathering writing requirements for business applications is required
Deep systems implementation, project management and technical IT or systems integration experience
