Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Sets the daily schedule, arrange meetings and appointments
  • In charge for travel arrangements
  • Take minutes of the meeting
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , any field.
  • Required skill(s) : Organizing, Planning, Telephone Skills, Customer Service, Data Management, MS Office.
  • Required language(s) : English, Filipino
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial / Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
