What you'll do
You are responsible for the maintenance of our office infrastructure and support all administrative duties in the office.
You will build our office policies and evaluate existing procedures.
You will identify opportunities for office management improvements, design and implement new systems.
You will produce reports, achieve financial objectives, schedule expenditures and initiate corrective actions when required.
You will manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
You will address employees queries regarding office management issues (i.e stationery, office supplies, office policies and travel arrangements).
