1.Work closely with the Head of Marketing for brand elevation strategies, planning, and development.
2.Lead business / marketing brand design and identity efforts. Includes development and / or selection and execution of business brand designs and identity in collaboration with AP and Global brand teams.
3.Lead all PR, Advertising, and Digital efforts of the company. Work directly with agencies to achieve and raise external brand awareness.
4.Implement Global brand campaigns and programs and to locally adapt and execute.
5.Ensure cohesive announcements of promotions and make it visible in all forms of communication and touch points (written, visual / beauty center, digital, talk points of company staff, external (PR / Advertising).
6.Lead both internal and external Communications of the company.
7. Lead Marketing Events and provide direction, KPIs, and execution.
8.Lead CSR projects together with the Communications team.
