You will be joining an expanding team with talented and passionate individuals, designing, developing and delivering
standard HRIS Integrations. You will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver HR / Payroll solutions using diverse
cloud computing technologies. You will be part of an established and profitable Global company and present in 50+
As a HRIS Integration Engineer, you’ll take ownership of products and offering driving / delivering innovation, working with
other engineers, solution architects and product managers to assess, evaluate, design, build, test and deliver standard
HRIS Integration. You’ll make architectural decisions, debate them with other smart engineers, implement them with good
specs, and help ensure that we’re building quality, maintainable, scalable and sustainable applications.
Develop and implement automation and integration for cloud and system infrastructure solutions using SAP HCI
and / or SuccessFactors Employee Central
Design, develop, and code programs for XI Integration to other HRIS systems
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support the lifecycle of integrations for supported HRIS
Develop a deep expertise in HCM and Cloud technologies
Design and advocate solutions using Cloud technologies, design principles, and integration points
Analyze requirements and estimate work packages
Support bug-fixing and troubleshooting application errors and exceptions on integration solution
Document policies and procedures for business processes and HRIS support tasks
Collaborate with project and client team members to meet timelines and goals
Participate in mentoring and knowledge transfer to other team members
Experience and Qualifications
1-2 years of experience with Enterprise HR business applications including payroll
1-2 years of experience with any HRIS business processes and its integration tools
1-2 years of experience in SuccessFactor’s Employee Central and / or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI)
Working knowledge of SAP XI / PI (SLD configuration, PI mapping techniques such as XSLT and JAVA mapping)
Experience with developing, configuring and using SOAP and REST API’s
Certification in any HRIS is preferred
Working knowledge of XML
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any computer related fields is preferred
Enthusiastic individual with a passion for people, business and communication
Highly motivated and eager to work with new technologies
Must be self-starter and proactive, able and willing to learn with minimal supervision, and question things that don’t make sense.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure
Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken are a must
