The HR Coordinator reports to the APAC HRBP and is responsible for facilitating key HR functions and programs and ensuring that current and future employees are supported during their employment.
The candidate who will be hired for this role is responsible to respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests, and provide assistance on things like benefits, leaves of absence, time off, etc.
Collaborate with payroll / finance department to ensure payroll related information is accurately submitted.
Support with pre-employment, onboarding and offboarding, including sending documents for signature, following up on outstanding items, etc.
to ensure processes are seamless and deadlines met.
Coordinate training sessions on calendars while working collaboratively with L&D team.
Support with internal recruitment, such as create and update job descriptions, and tasks related to Avature (internal ATS).
Assist with organizing and planning team social events.
Carry out other HR and business-related projects and tasks as assigned.
1-3 years’ HR work experience.
Able to demonstrate experience thriving in a fast-paced, competing for priority environment.
Works independently and in collaboration with others.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Customer service-oriented individual with experience in building and managing relationships.
Previous exposure to Workday and / or Avature is an asset.
