In this role, you will be joining an exciting team that will be focusing on merchant's journey experience. You will be a key expert in the entire merchant journey and analyse performance and effectiveness of all features.
You will also be managing a portfolio of merchants to have a first-hand understanding of pain-points as well as to engage and educate them on new features.
You will collaborate with product team to provide product improvement suggestions and participate in brainstorming sessions.
You have at least 2 years experience in a project management or client-facing role. You have great communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
You have an analytical mindset and are always looking for ways to improve. You are a networker and build relationships with various stakeholders quickly.
