Job Description

  • Enhance organization reputation by" Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Gather customer information as required.
  • Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or make a donation.
  • Participate in development of client training programs by : Identifying learning issues. Recommending instructional language.
  • Resolve problems by : Clarifying issues. Researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions. Implementing solutions.
  • Escalating unresolved problems.

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in any industry is a plus but not required.
  • Previous technical background is also a plus. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Average to advanced written and spoken English.
  • Average to advanced knowledge in web navigation.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHT SHIFTS . Day shift is also available.
