Our Recruitment Specialist will perform end-to-end recruitment to help us scale faster with quality candidates.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Carry out the recruitment process from paper screening, testing, behavioral interviewing to pre-selecting of employees for final interviews.
Creatively reach out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
Maintains candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s / College Degree in any field.
At least 1 year Recruitment experience in a BPO setting.
Must have experience reaching out to both passive and active candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
